RecommendedI think the Sagamore has passed its sell by date. Don't get me wrong, it's still a nice hotel on the beach with great pool staff but the Kudos has sadly gone. It could do with a complete remodel as the rooms are starting to feel dated with TVs not up standard, furniture scratched and tired decor. Come on Sagamore get back to what you were.
My money and electronic came up missing out my hotel room. No one at the Sagamore has done nothing and it been 3 days. The Tv went out on the 1st floor in my room. I asked for a refund because I’ve been rob.They cleaned up the room so the police couldn’t get fingerprints. Apparently they lie about the cameras working because they claim no one has been in my room
The sagamore is “The Art Hotel” an iconic hotel in the “Art Deco” area of Miami beach! Offers you memorable experience where Art is the main character going through the property! Food is delicious!
They charges us for both the stay (that we were not paying since we had prepaid) and for a missing hair dryer that we did’nt take. As i read the previous reviews I see that this has happened to several. I sent an e-mail about this, and got a response that we would have a refund within 7-10 days, but this is 31 days ago and they have stopped answering on mail when I sent one saying that we did’nt get the refund. Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and after checkout got an email accusing me that I took 8 (!!!) pillows and I need to pay them 200$! I was with my husband and 3 kids what would I do with your uncomfortable pillows??? And 8?? I’ll need 4 more suitcases for that! This is the far most weird accusation I’ve ever heard and a nice way to make money for the hotel. And not a single word about the broken elevator and climbing up to the fifth floor by stairs every day. Don’t stay there! Be careful!

amazing place ..i had the lania room 2009..huge patio they upgraded my best man to the penthouse for a discount..only complaint was valet took my fiends mercedez benz no ticket and we waited 45 min and still charged us 25 bux. — with Dean Gates.
