Superbe semaine au Sagamore Hôtel ! Chambre familiale spacieuse. Le personnel de la réception, du service petit déjeuner et du bar est super attentionné ! Mention spéciale pour Mick, bartender (originaire de Serbie): ses cocktails sont fabuleux ! Les équipements de la piscine et de la plage sont très agréables. L’hôtel est très bien situé.
Sadly the only bad experience we had in Miami Beach, Hotel facilities are really old, windows not closing, broken doors, leather sofa's totally wasted, wifi not working.At the end we had to wait 45 minutes for the valet parking to bring our car. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, i believe that for the price they charge you can find easily a better option. Really don't understand how this place have so many good reviews.
