I love it...everyone was just so helpful and friendly... beautiful.. a great place to go..
Just be prepared the pictures on the Internet of the rooms are not forthcoming at all. Also I booked two of their most expensive rooms. When I arrived at 2 o'clock they honestly maybe wait until exactly 4 o'clock before we could check in. The gentleman at the front desk was not pleasant nor did he show any compassion. There is one Bellman there and his name is Jose...he made up for any negative thoughts that I had because he was awesome ...customer service was out of this world as far as Jose is concerned
