The Infusion center at the hospital is outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I went by ambulance a couple of months to the ER at Sacret on 9th. The nursing staff were inexperienced, non caring and did the minimum to help me. The ambulance staff stabilized me so I guess when I reached the hospital my care was not important. Sacred Heart clinic on Airport Blvd in Pensacola. After first with the desk I went from being Mr waters to being just another number (201 to be exact), bad first impression. Number 201 nwas called and met with a nice yooung lady who had me fill out a ream of paper work. Next bit on to the technician who actually conducted the required test. I was treated extremely nice, Doctor Chavan was exactly on time and he was one of the nicest Doctors that I have ever met. I would recommend him to everyone.

My little brother was taken to this hospital last night. He had tried to kill himself by over dosing on pills. They discharged him. The WHOLE family CALLED and validated to this doctor him calling and telling us goodbye before he downed a handful of pills. Pleading with this doctor to not discharge him but to baker act him bc he was suicidal. They discharged him. I will be contacting a lawyer and suing. If he died that blood is on THEIR hands. Thank you sacred heart medical system. I applaud you.

This is the worst hospital I have ever experienced. The communication between doctors and doctors, doctors and nurses, and doctors and nurses to patients is terrible and disgusting. We took our dad here for stomach pain and he walked into the hospital on his own, next thing we know after they pump him full of drugs and different antibiotics he passed the next day upstairs in West wing 4. This is after the ER recommended emergency surgery. We questioned for over 6 hours as to why his BP was below 100/60 and he was clammy and ... read more

I have finally found a family doc that really dig! Dr Jeramiah Dreisbach has been my doctor for past 2 years and I wouldn't want another. The desk girls are sweet and kind as well as the nurses. Dr Gisberg is a great doctor as well as Dr. Nollert and his team, Dr. Kirby Turnage, and many more. Thanks for being there!
