Why do we have to wait 7 1/2 in the emergency room to be seen? Unacceptable. West Florida...we will visit you next.
Dr. Hickman and his staff are amazing. They take care of three generations of our family, yes three. They take the time to listen, ask questions and explain answers to any questions we may have. They have always treated us with respect, been timely in response and make us feel like they genuinely care about the well being of our entire family. I would highly recommend them.

I was not impressed with the level of care I received Tuesday 2/13/18 I returned to the trauma room from being seen and treated on Sunday.Went I check in was greet with a very unfriendly nurse who told me your breathing fine ( I have had serveral chest pain for now going on three day .Then after doing the same blood work up and chest X-rays.I was then moved to a room when the Doctor and Nurse came in they might have just said your only here for pain pills .This is a waste of time .I got very upset so they did more of they sa... read more
Dr. Susan Laenger has been my primary care physician for several years now and I credit her for my healthy lifestyle. The confidence and trust that I have in her led me to bring my father to see her. She was extremely thorough, attentive, engaging and hands on. She actually cares about you as her patient. Thank you Dr. Laenger for the best care I have ever received.
Their system needs to be streamlined for MRI process. When you come in there’s a phone to call, then they send you upstairs to register but the sign doesn’t say go to the desk outside of registration to get a number first. Then you get a number to go into the registration room, then they send you back downstairs only to find out after calling the MRI phone again that blood work needs to be done, then you go back upstairs to the registration area again and wait to get blood work done.
