The best hospital ever my daddy could've been thank you jesus god is good
I loved everyone in the infusion center. They were all amazing. The only negative thing I have is, Sacred Heart has the worst valet parking staff I ever seen. I’ve been twice last week and both times I get out of my vehicle, stand and wait, as the attendants look at me and then go on talking. They won’t help unless I say “excuse me”. Then they act like I am troubling them.
I’m only giving this facility two stars because I was seen quickly and treated in the ER. Their orthopedic department, however, deserves zero stars. Office staff is beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. My referral was sent to them from the ER on a Sunday. I called Monday for an appointment, and a lady confirmed that they had my referral. Unfortunately, she would not schedule an appointment for me until she reviewed all of the weekend’s ER referrals and organized them by order of urgency and trauma. She told m... read more
Im not someone who works or even likes being near a hospital...found myself at this one unexpectedly last weekend. Seems like a 1st rate.facility to me.
I had a appointment yesterday in the neurologist department they were very professional just a outstanding staff!!
All the nurses and doctors were great!
