Every single time we come here it takes at least an hour for my daughter’s labs to get drawn. They send children to the pediatric waiting room that’s full of old chairs with cracked & chipping “leather” — and then it can be 30-40 minutes between calling each patient back. All the while my one year old is close to a melt down because she has to sit & wait — there’s no toys, the floor is too dirty for her to play there. C’mon Sacred, you can do so much better for your pediatric patients.
The nurses were rude when I requested information about my mother being released around 3:30 pm only to finally be able to pick her up at 7 pm. I was told that they shouldn't be telling me anything anyways, and there is a lot of paperwork involved with it all. First of all, I do not care about paperwork or protocols, it's not my job to know. went there for stress test.Was greeted by a friendly and professonal staff.Dr. visits are not fun but my visit was.
To be fair, the doctors have been great. The problem is with the billing department. I need paperwork for an insurance claim; I have been trying to get it since June with little luck. Today, I finally receive what is supposed to be the paperwork, to open an envelope with ten blank pages in it. I have never seen this level of ineptitude. Sacred Heart has done almost everything they can to keep me from getting the paperwork to file my insurance claim, because I can’t it takes money out of my pocket. They were so Awesome with my granddaughter Aubrie and sent her to the best Hospital and Heart Surgeon there is and she comes back here for her check ups and they are wonderful to all of us
Good service and it’s very clean. One of the best hospitals I’ve seen so far.
Terrible, was there with a friend and he was treated horrible! I even removed his iv before we checked out while a nurse was in the room!?!?! I've have always had a great experience there, but this felt like 100% racial profiling. I am discussed!
