this is our second experience here at sacred Heart and i have to say there are some of the friendliest, caring, most knowledgeable staff i have been around..The urgency in which the entire staff had throughout our stay was top notch and could only be described as One of a kind.. My family and I are blessed to have been able to be cared and looked after for Here at Sacred Heart and the NICU Unit, not to mention the Ronald Mcdonald House and all the volunteers, we are forever grateful and will forever hold everyone in our hear... read more
been sitting in the waiting room for 8and half hrs just to be continually lied to about when my dad might get seen. He is a diabetic and has had numerous back surgeries and they have him sitting in a wheelchair and not eating for over 8 hrs this place is a bad joke with incompetent medical personnel that lie to u instead of just telling u the truth. NEVER AGAIN THE WORSE HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN
worse patient care I have ever seen .. been sitting in the waiting room of the emergency room for 9 hours and still not seen .. I mean get it together Sacred Heart ..

The Bayou Parking garage height limit is incorrect in some places. My van including my antenna cleared the yellow height bar plus going into the deck but once in one of the beams scraped the roof of my van. I was told by an employee had I came in at the other end of the parking deck I would not have had any problems, the end I came in was known for being lower. sacred heart is not the same good hospital like it use to be... these new Dr are dumber than a box of rocks... definitely say this hospital done went all the way down hill
Wonderful experience. Everyone from admissions to hospital care to leaving was great. Have to give them all highest grade possible. Food was great also.
Had a fantastic experience with Dr Villar and ARNP Krantz for a procedure on my cervical spine! The care from the nursing staff, environmental staff, food administration and all involved was amazing! Dr. Villar and ARNP Krantz were professional, informative and caring! I give Sacred the highest of recommendations!
