I was very disappointed in the care my son received in the ER. It's sad to see nurses not educated on intact care on an infant. After the doctor came into my room the nurse greeted us in a very aggressive way arguing with me on how to care for my son. I recommended the nurse to check out the AAP guidelines for proper care. My experiences in the past with the E.R. staff have been bad but tonight's experience was HORRIBLE. I am absolutely disappointed with the service (or lack there of) I received and the lack of sensitivity from one particular E.R. Dr. (Brian Moore). The lack of care and empathy was easily heard in his voice and I was left feeling like they were "too busy" to deal with my problem! I was so upset I ended up leaving to go to another hospital.
Yesterday was a crazy day but I certainly will say that the ER staff was on point. They were quick to help my loved one. They got her the test she needed promptly and made her feel so comfortable. Nurse Narisa was amazing her bed side manner is spot on. What stood out most was her patience when dealing with my mom. The wonderful team of gentlemen with patient Transportation was also so polite and gentle with my mother. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

I was new in town last year and chose Dr. Brandhorst as my primary care provider. She has been attentive and helpful throughout my health care process.
Great hospital! I wouldn’t want to be brought anywhere else!
