Their ER staff. HORRIBLE!
My mother is in your hospital in Pensacola now. She was admitted but stayed in the ER for over 12 hrs waiting on a bed on the floor which is understandable with it being flu season but they promised her a hospital bed 3 hrs prior to me coming in to see her only to find her sitting up on a small exam stool on wheels because her back was killing her from the ER gurney. Only if it is the closest hospital and you don't have a choice. They discharge people too soon. The register online so you don't have to wait in the waiting room thing is bs. Made an appointment for 1800 at 1615 and my mom is still waiting in the ER waiting room at 1928. Even after her private care Sacred Heart DR told us to come here.

Be careful. The anesthesiologist will use their phone and not only text but make phone calls during surgery.
Very professional and much on time
They seem to be incompetent and incapable of billing our insurance regardless of the now eleven copies of our insurance card that have been provided to them. The multiple phone calls not only from us but also our insurance providing them with the information to bill correctly even prior to going in for labor and delivery have been a complete waste of time and energy since they still have yet to bill the correct people.
