Girlfriend was transported by paramedics, puking bile, to Sacred Heart. Where she was put into the lobby for two hours with 17 people in front of here. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism by a medical facility before!

Starting with the room that my wife and new born baby were In while recovering after birth there were tons and tons of ants in our room and I personally was bitten in the middle of the night and the nurse seemed to think I let the one that bit me bring all his “friends” in. To five days later when my wife had a fever and taken there. Absolutely no communication and see one very unfriendly doctor over a two day span. About 18 months ago, we were lucky enough to find Dr. Stephen Zimmerman in Niceville Florida. He is the most professional and caring doctor my husband and I have ever had. He listens, he really cares about your problems. We hope he never leaves Niceville! He is always on time and has an excellent support staff!

The entire staff has been a pleasure to deal with after suffering a stroke at the beginning of the year. The ER was quick in getting me back to see the DRs; the staff doing the CT/MRI were caring and I can not say enough about the nurses while I was admitted (Julie, Hayley Kayla, Emily, Shiela, Deborah, Jessica, Shelby, Becca, Cara, Gillian). Where I go the waiting area is very cramped. The procedure area is ice cold. The wait is pretty long.

I went to the ER Saturday, April 21 at 10:45am and was put into a room by 10:47am where Nurses immediately started care. Kim, my ER nurse was amazing and extremely attentive as was the Dr. If it hadn’t been for the Dr. taking her time with me, I would’ve been home still suffering from symptoms. After running a few tests and an X-ray, I was admitted into a private room by 6pm. My nurses, Jessica, Susan, and Karen, were incredible and they helped me finally get some well needed rest. These people have offices they rent out but don't regulate how poorly patients are being treated in them. When I called to report abuse I was turned away because "there's nothing they can do" NO sympathy for my gross neglect by Vivienne the assistant Secretary of something . She was supposed to help with 'public relations ' She is a see you next Tuesday �

I am completely appalled with the unprofessionalism of a nurse and attending who treated me at the Sacred Heart emergency room last night. I presented to the emergency room with chest pain, pain in my left upper arm/neck, and nausea. After being tested, I was left in the bed in pain for nearly 4 hours.
