I went to the minute clinic at Walgreens on 9th ave.Let's just say its not a "minute clinic" I was there for hours... Waiting while they took the online appt first. I finally left after sitting there for four hrs. They called me shortly after I left and I was asked if I was coming back. Smh Really.. I said why do u have walkins if u don't see them? Grateful for Sacred Heart Emergency Room. While visiting Pensacola, my husband and I ate or was exposed to something that made us very sick. We decided to go to the ER at midnight, Jan 6-7. Many thanks to the staff who treated us and our symptoms, making us feel so much better. We were able to resume our travels after taking a day to regroup. Thanks again, Sacred Heart ER.
Staff was great. Facility was clean. But, when you leave in the same condition that you came in makes you scratch your head
The ER staff was ok, after getting my 87 yr old mom in the back after a few hrs in the waiting room. She was finally admitted around 11 pm and moved to a room by 11:30. I did not like the attitudes of a couple of the nurses. If nurses don't want to do their job, the should really think of another profession. I have always been 100% Sacred Heart, but not anymore. Needless to say, we ended up at another hospital, which I would recommend.
