This is my first time have my Treatment there the front desk lady was great and nice and the nurses the take care me she was the best nice I’m not remember her name because I was so sick I love the room is clean and the bathroom the staff they are great thank you I feel I was home not in the hospital

I would not recommend this place. I had surgery earlier this year. When I arrived at 5:45 AM after registering I was taken to a sub waiting area to be taken back for pre-op that had not been cleaned from the night before. There were chicken bones on the floor spilled drinks in the chairs plates on the floor and in chairs.. and so on. I have photos of this filth. Then I was asked to give a urine sample and the bathroom was disgusting as well and had obviously not been cleaned. I sent a message privately, I did not receive any... read more

I had stayed there back in Oct/Nov 2013 they gave me the best care any place could have given me. They saved my life and I am grateful to them.

My family trusted this hospital with everything mama loves life and ultimately she was carelessly taken care of for 33 days moved around the hospital like a ragdoll until they made a careless mistake and my 46 year old mother had to die on her birthday suffering and starving from malnutrition with a catastrophic brain injury now I'm suffering from depression PTSD and multiple issues not just me but my entire family how could you Sacred Heart I can't believe this is happened to my family my world no apologies no true answers ... read more

Their Nurses are very good . Caring professsional . Even when the patient is uncooperative and not wanting to be admittedl. They continued to try to convince this patient not to go home and become septic. I didnt realize how sick I was

I have never experienced care like this in an ER ever! I came in about 9:45 on a Saturday night bc I thought I had broken my foot. Every single staff member we encountered was so nice and caring. While being transported to X-ray, the guy pushing me told me that they were so busy, but I would have never known because I felt like I was their first priority! Luckily, my foot was not broken! They splinted it up for me, gave me some crutches, and we were in and out of there in less than 2 hours! � 5 out of 5 rating. Hopefully we ... read more

I am the girlfriend who call an ambulance Wednesday afternoon because I was having the most undescribable abdominal pain I had ever experienced. The hospital was full so they sent my back out to triage. Unfortunately they were out of wheel chairs, so they rolled me out in a giant gurney and dumbed me in to a chair. After I finally found the strength to make it the front they found me a wheelchair and did vitals my normally healthy blood pressure was 171/102.
