I am now purchasing my third Saatva mattress. I had some issues with the 2nd mattress due to my misunderstanding about a particular product. The customer service has been first-rate! I ordered the Luxury Firm (the medium level they offer), but quickly realized it was still too soft for me as a stomach sleeper. Still, the bed's luxurious feel made me sad to have to return it. I sent an email explaining that I would need to arrange for a return and my reasons. I got a personal call about half an hour later! The representative was very professional and seemed happy to offer my money back or trade for the firmer version, which would still carry a new 120-night trial.... read more
Terrific experience. Professional delivery and great customer experience as my order was for a second home in remote mountains. Have now purchased 6 mattresses from Saatva and will return to them for the next one!
