I’ve owned my Saatva mattress for 4 1/2 years. I emailed them with the problem I am experiencing. They called me immediately!!! Also emailed me with a direct line to call them back on. They offered me a new mattress at a third of the price that I had originally paid for my mattress AND I could select a different firmness and height from my original one. I've NEVER experienced such amazing customer service ever!!

fast, easy knowledgeable customer service people...they are sending a complimentary mattress topper to use for 3-4 weeks during mattress break-in period, if mattress is still too firm, will contact for exchange
Tiffany and Francis O were the professionals I had the pleasure of speaking with, both were very understanding and helped me as best they could. I cannot wait to recieve my mattress tommorrow. In terms of customer support Saatva associates will bend over backwards to help you. They shouldn't have to, but they do and it makes for a very pleasant experience.
