I had ordered the luxury firm and found that it was a little too firm for my hips, I'm fairly lightweight, so they are replacing it with the softer mattress, no problems, I have a lot of respect so far for this company so I wanted to stay with them to give the softer mattress a chance since their were no problems with the first order.

Saatva definitely met the expectations that we had for customer service and delivery (we did pay for the white glove delivery). The representative helped to fix an on-line order mix-up and we will absolutely be reviewing the mattress when we have had the opportunity to sleep on it and experience what we read on the reviews.
