They have one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with. My mattress was a great surprise. I have a spine injury, and it's difficult to find a mattress that does not hurt my back. I'm very difficult to please. I bought the softest one Saatva makes, and it is absolutely perfect. I have not gotten my mattress yet, so can't speak to the delivery service. The phone and chat service was excellent. In fact it is because of that service that I decided to go with Saatva instead of Nectar for my new mattress.
Customer service from this company is outta site, could not ask for any better!!!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - I am on the border line for the weight for a Luxury Firm - after about a month I realized I had made an error. I called customer service and told the representative of my situation and she made the recommendation to try the firm. I was still under the 120 day warranty and all I had to pay was the pickup charge. I have slept on the firm bed for a week and the was the way to go. My experience with SAATVA is tops. From ordering to delivery, all was on time and professional. The mattresses were a bit more firm than needed. No questions: they are replacing them. A joy to my heart is that the ones they are taking away will go to Veterans. I can't be more pleased.

The employees of Saatva are all exceptional in their demeanor, friendliness, courtesy and knowledge of their products. They exceed the standards of any other company I’ve done business with.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We do like the mattress but the customer service is terrible. First, when we received the mattress the people who delivered it were very unprofessional. One delivery person asked for tip before moving our old mattress. BAD Delivery Experience! Secondly, they communicated inaccurate information to us when we asked regarding shipping & handling of the mattress which caused us loss of our mattress, time and money! Never BUY from them!!!
Extremely comfortable! We’ve had our mattress 5 years now, and my brother slept on it for a weekend. He loved it as well. Saatva has great customer service and an excellent product.
