This is the third mattress we have purchased from Saatva over the last four years. Each time has been a first rate experience. This last time we are sending a mattress back in exchange for another mattresses. The exchange and experience has been very positive. I rate their customer service as an A+ experience. First off, their customer relations are excellent, and they really go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. I had an ongoing problem with their luxury firm mattress in that it accommodates to your body permanently if you habitually lie in one place. Thus, the mattress you have new, which was perfect for me, and the mattress after a month or two or longer, are not the same. Meghan, the phone sales person at Saatva was extremely patient and friendly on the phone. She was knowledgeable and easily helped me with the purchase of the mattress and foundation I wanted. She was kind in giving me the veteran discount. I’m very happy with my buying experience and look forward to my new mattress and to my shoulder not hurting anymore when I sleep on my side (my current mattress is filled with air and isn’t soft enough in the shoulder area).
