I had a small communication mixup on my order and they immediately handled the problem with professionalism and customer caring. It is hard to find companies with this sort of customer service. My hat is off to Saatva.
Saatva had fantastic customer service and communication. I placed an order over the phone and that was very smooth. Then they sent emails and called on several occasions to update me on the process. They chose a great delivery service that impressed me and they even called after delivery to assure satisfaction. Their product is also just wonderful. I haven't had to try to return so I'm not sure how that process is, but I don't think I'll need to find out because I love their product so much.

I am amazed by this company. They are so easy to work with. The matress we originally order was perfect for me but my wife needed a softer bed. They hooked us up with a new mattress and made me feel good about the decision. One of the best experiences with any company I have ever been involved with. A++++++
Saatva has excellent customer service and works effectively with local shippers to get your mattress to you. Delivery was easy and efficient. Excellent quality product for an excellent price. Definitely would recommend over other mattress companies! We are very happy with our purchasing experience.
