Great customer service on a phone! Very professional, polite, and knowledgable. When I called, they already had my order and located my info by my phone number, so I did not have to tell them the order number or my address. Brilliant!

Saatva sold me and my wife a mattress which didn’t last more than three years before it was completely slumped in on both sides. We regularly rotated it, had the proper box spring for that mattress as well. After waking up with severe back pain (I’m 30 years old) every night we decided to replace it. Saatva replaced the mattress for 99$, which was nice, however 6 months later we had the same issue once again.
