I had an issue with my mattresses. I sent an email and they responded within minutes. I was unable to talk, but they followed up early the next day with another phone call. They were very patient as I explained my problem. The representative (Manuel) was very informative and helpful. He was able to resolve my problem during the phone call. Great customer service!!!! Other businesses could learn from them.
Ordered my mattress and foundation today! Laura was very helpful and answered all my questions about the size and mattress height that was right for me. I am very pleased with my selection.

I recently ordered a king sized mattress from Saatva and was assured there would be no problem with ‘White Glove Service’ delivery while the virus was ongoing, which involved setting up the bed and removing the old mattress. In addition, the delivery men would be wearing a mask and gloves and we would do the same. The bed was made and scheduled for delivery within 3-5 days.
