We were difficult customers, mostly because we messed up our order a few times (no fault of Saatva). The staff worked with us to get everything squared away and get us the mattress we needed. Customer service is top notch!

Had a bad delivery experience. No warning the mattress was being delivered and it was over a week earlier than expected. I like that it was early however due to Covid, the white glove deliver was not given. I am pregnant, have 2 herniated disks and my husband is on orders so I am alone. I ordered the white glove delivery because of my condition. The delivery company refused to bring the mattress inside the house and left it on the front porch in the rain for me to pull in.
