We started having issues with our Saatva mattress and contacted the company through the website chat line. The contact told us we would need to call customer service. We made contact with the service group and were helped out by an individual named Chester who was very cordial and took care of all of our needs. I needed to replace my 15 year old mattress. However, my Stay Safe at Home status due to Covid-19 made it impossible to shop and try out mattresses in a store. I researched on-line mattress companies and their products and found that Saatva’s products and generous 120 day trial and return policy for a $99 fee was the best choice for me. Company is responsive. Answers calls with respect. Agents take the time to listen and do the necessary research to give me the information I need. I haven’t tried the mattress yes, waiting in delivery!
Their follow up to my receipt of the wrong item shipped was prompt and very helpful. Both their email and telephone communications politely and quickly resolved the problem.
