I am horrified by this company. The bed frame that we received is broken and were told the company would call us to come out and fix it, but we have not received a call. My husband and myself have both called and asked to speak with a manager and we were reassured that a manager would call us within the day. We still have not received a call.We paid $4,700 for a bed and the lineal adjustable frame (which came broken). This is way too much money to be brushed with no response. I am disgusted and saddened.
Saatva has such excellent customer service, and the products are top-notch, completely meeting expectations and descriptions from the website. I have purchased already 2 mattresses (for 2 unique beds), a pillow, and a mattress cover. Every interaction has been positive - above and beyond.
I have heard that Saatvas customer service was outstanding. I definitely agreed with that. I canceled my order before delivery so can't comment on that, but during my purchase and through my cancellation every person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not trying to talk me into any decision other than what I already had decided. I will go back to Saatva in the future.

Love the luxury firm mattress. Great customer service to help you decide what mattress best fits your needs. I was nervous to buy a mattress without laying on it, but so many great reviews that I took a chance and very glad I did! They make it when you order so you are not getting something that has sat around in a warehouse. Highly recommend!
