We live in ******* and ordered a mattress just before the pandemic hit. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right mattress for us, and we sought to return it under the 120 day guarantee. Even though they were unable to do business with ****** due to restrictions, they agreed to refund us in full, and to trust us to donate it and find another. I find this kind of treatment rare in many companies nowadays, and really want to commend them in finding a solution for us.
