I think the Saatva mattress company as one of the top corporations in the USA. Their customer service and sales representative cannot be beat. I will and do recommend this mattress company to every one, you will not be disappointed. * *****, a very pleased customer.

My mattress feels and looks perfect...exactly as promised. It did however arrive damaged. I called Saatva, spoke with Samantha, and was guaranteed a new mattress would expeditiously be made for me with the same specifications as the last and would be done quickly. I requested an email stating the same, and I had no sooner disconnected call when it arrived in my inbox. No excuses, no COVID excuses, just the promise that all will be taken care of as quickly as possible (I did tell Samantha time was not an issue). I took pictur... read more

They responded within a day to my email and honored their 100 day sleep test without question. They will be refunding my money and sending a delivery person to pick up my mattress. The mattress was well-made but was just not a good fit for me.

I was having trouble placing the order. I was panicked and the next day when I received confirmation that three orders went through! I got a prompt and very courteous email letting me know that not only did they cancel two of the orders but she sent me a screenshot showing that I have been refunded the others.

Saatva’s customer service is one of the reasons why we are repeat customers — this time for lineal beds. It’s true what they say —the company does strive to ensure customers “get their best sleep.” Coupled with outstanding warranties and (complimentary) white glove service, the experience with Saatva’s sleep products and reps has always been worry-free and the best we’ve experienced in any industry.

I hadn’t received an email confirmation from the company in regards to my order. After a couple of days I emailed them and by the next morning (a Sunday mind you) I had a response from Samantha with the problem resolved and my order number. Very happy with the service so far.
