I was not happy with the mattress that i had purchased it was way to hard. I gave them a call and I told them that I was not happy, They told me that they were going to send me the softer mattress. I have not received the replacement as of today. Paul was the person that I talked to and he was very professional. ****** *******
Great service right from the beginning of the initial order.. Very satisfactory initial office contacts, installation of adjustable bases and mattresses done very efficiently and professionally. Called and asked about wheels for the bases a couple of weeks after initial installation. The wheels were promptly delivered and again, installed by a professional at no additional charge.. Helpful customer service, professional and excellent product for the value
Although I have not received my mattress yet, I have had numerous interactions with the customer service people most recently Reuben. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to explain to me why my mattress is taking longer than normal to produce and ship. Once it was explained, my day went from fairly bad to good. Reuben is a fine example of how customers should be treated especially during this pandemic and the shortage of materials.
