I bought a Saatva firm mattress in September of this year to replace an all foam style of mattress that was not helping my back. After two months, I began to think that the firm mattress was too firm and that I should try the mid-firm Saatva mattress. We just received our mattress and I found it too hard. Satvaa is sending us a foam topper to alleviate the discomfort while we break in the mattress. They assured me that if after a few weeks, we were still not satisfied, they will give us a full refund, minus the stated $99 removal fee. The company was prompt in addressing our needs.
Very easy company to work with - I've reached out to their customer service twice and found them to be responsive and kind. They honor their returns policy and do right by their customers.
Clear and easy to use website. I chatted online - very helpful. The person - Carl - asked me to call him to go through everything. He was polite, helpful, professional, and very detailed. He double-checked everything and made me feel very confident in placing the order.

10/27/20 Excellent service and customer support from initial contact to mattress delivery. Well done. The product is as advertised. The workmanship is outstanding and look/feel is top notch. Having been on foam for 20 years I anticipate some period of adjustment. Ten days in, so far so good.
