I have chronic back issues, and tried two of their mattresses that didn't end up working for me. And thru the whole process Saatva, was polite and listened to my needs and thorough getting to a solution. I highly recommend them even tho it didn't meet my needs.
I needed to replace my bed after almost having it for two years, and the transaction was seamless transaction. Their customer service was a dream and it is so refreshing to deal with a company that really does care about it's customers. I would definitely recommend this company and their products.
I called because I thought my 3 year old mattress was develop[ing an issue - they provided excellent customer service - gave me several options and gave me the choice of options. Also said they would follow up to determine if my choice solved my problem. **** *
The customer service is excellent!! I was anxious to receive my bed, but an unforeseeable event occurred, so I had to call and cancel the order. It was so easy and quick and my refund was put back into my account on the same day. I hope to order from Saatva again.
