The service started with Yasmin S at *** ***** *** *** ** via phone order and it was excellent! Patient, knowledgeable, professional. I was always able to reach her or she would return the message. From placing the order on Oct 29 2020 to delivery of bed and mattress pad was one week. The delivery men were considerate and professional as well. Very satisfied.
Excellent customer service and a good mattress. We purchased our mattress 4 years ago (2016) and started to see softening in the shoulder and back area. We called customer service (2020) and utilized the Fairness Replacement Option, for 40% of the original purchase price we will get a new mattress plus keep our old mattress for a guest room. Very satisfied with the customer service rep and outcome.

Even with the backups due to the pandemic world we are living in, the customer communications were great. Product is great too.
I bought a mattress from Saatva and needed to exchange it because it turned out to be too soft. The service person I spoke with could not have been more accommodating and also asked if I might want to consider a less deep mattress, i.e, 11 inches instead of 14, which I decided to get. She was amazingly helpful, made suggestions, and made the whole transaction easy and pleasant. Could not have been better.
