The purchase of the mattress was easy and the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. When the mattress arrived it was done exactly as described to me in the phone. They showed up on time took my old mattress and delivered the new one. As easy as 1-2-3. The delivery guys were also friendly.
We haven't even gotten our mattress yet, and the customer service has been exemplary! Two weeks had passed since expected delivery, so I contacted Saatva for a status on the order (we like to give ample time before contacting customer service, because things happen). Steve - the customer service agent- not only explained the reason for delay, he took time to listen and empathize with our mattress-less situation as we had moved into a new house with no furniture. Excellent custoner service and prompt service. The mattress I bought was the plush, and although I had to return it because it was not the right fit, it was of excellent quality.
Dealing with this company was a joy because of the person who handled our account. Empathetic, and patient. Excellent service, in spite of us not being able to complete the transaction! That tells you everything you need to know about a company.
Customer service is next to none. I've returned two mattresses after trying for the grace period and they were very accommodating.

I received amazing customer service from this company. It took what I thought was a long time to get my bed However I think it might’ve been around four or five weeks. Once I received it , I connected with Kevin and this communication throughout has been excellent.
The entire process has been great. We received assistance with out selection, but unfortunately, the luxury firm was still a little too firm for me, so we exchanged it. The process so far has been as wonderfully easy as the initial purchasing process. All of the customer service specialists I spoke with are very personable and professional.
