I emailed a request about a discount certificate shortly after placing an order. Saatva responded promptly and positively.
I ordered 2 Twin XL lineal bases and 2 Twin XL Classic Luxury Firm mattresses; however, they were too soft for us. I contacted Saatva, and they immediately and pleasantly offered to replace the mattress with a King size Firm, as we requested. Stephanie was professional, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
