The product has not been without issue. One remote control malfunctioned within the first two months. Also, the air pump has had to be replaced once, and now likely the replacement has gone bad. The Solaire air mattress sleeps the best of any mattress I have tried in the past 60 years, and it is easy to work on, but just wish it didn't have these problems. The customer service has been good to date, hopefully so on this current issue.
Customer service was excellent. Expect the mattresses to be as well.

I bought a Saatva mattress 17 months ago. Due to some back issues I've become a side sleeper. I emailed Saatva, explained my predicament and asked for a discount on a mattress pad. Joseph at Saatva reviewed my request and is sending me a mattress topper, free of charge. Wow!
Very well made mattress set, and the delivery and installation was done professionally by a friendly pair of guys who added to the pleasure of getting a new bed. Customer service was excellent in exchanging the foundation for a larger size when I realized what I actually needed upon delivery. The sheets and mattress cover, along with the mattress set, are really nice, and the specially packaging shows a commitment to going above and beyond in customer service.
I just ordered a mattress from these guys, and these guys are a breath of fresh air to deal with. They are actually open 24 / 7 to take your orders, and listened to what I needed at 5:30 in the morning. I was amazed. They treat veterans great and they are the kind of company that makes America beautiful the envy pf the rest of the world.
