So far Saatva is a very courteous company. My daughter bought a Saatva mattress about 5 years ago and because of her wonderful experience it convinced us to order one too. I normally would never order a mattress on line but I decided to just do it. I will let you know at the end of this exactly how this all turns out.
Company is easy to do business with. Product is well constructed with organic components. Return was done quickly with no hassle. My only regret was that the mattress didn’t work well with my body type.
Saatva has the best customer service I have recently experienced. The mattress is amazing, the warranty is great and the service team is very knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. And how about this bonus...a thoughtful nice person actually answers the phone when you call!! No wait no hassle.
We purchased a split king mattress and adjustable foundation. Saatva beat our expectations on the delivery date despite the holidays and covid. The delivery guys were very professional and well informed with the products. We had a great first night sleep.
I love the mattress. I think they were super honest in helping with my selection. We bought the higher priced product and we are extremely happy. I have had many guests ask what mattress is on the bed. I initially bought it because of my husband's back issue, but I have found I love the mattress as a side sleeper.
I am not happy with the way they conduct business or their product. They charge for every little thing. Our first mattress arrived and it was folded in half. I called the company to report it and they sent a mattress topper to see if that would resolve the problem but it didn't so they sent us another mattress and charged us $99 shipping each time and $39 to haul away our old mattress. Their warranty is for 15 years and when I called to report the problems with the mattress they want to charge us $198 to fix it or we can buy... read more

We have since spoken with the consumer and left off on good terms. We are proud of what we feel is the strongest warranty in our industry, which we always live up to.
I ordered 3 mattresses on Nov 23 I was told delivery would be no later than 12/14. Every time I call they give me a different story with no delivery date. It’s 12/12 and I still do not have an estimated delivery date. Managers I spoke to are useless. Horrible customer service.
