Gloria was very pleasant to speak with and gave great recommendations based on our needs. She was knowledgeable about the support and breathability of the slatted bedframe serving as a foundation, likened the standard height of the mattress to the ones we experience in hotels, and the color differences between the linen and velvet options. We posted a concern on a mattress we bought just for the sake of venting the issue at hand as we had already made plans to discard it and buy another brand. However, a representative from Saatva Inc. I experienced out of this world customer service from Kristal on a mattress exchange. Her professionalism in these hard time gave extreme confidence in selecting this company. In my experience, great service doesn’t support poor products. I had a great experience. Quality product.

Very good quality products. Bought a split King with lineal base for master bedroom and twin for guest room. Both products arrived on time and included installation/set up. Good customer support alerting me of any delays in shipment and when one mattress needed a mattress topper during break-in period and due to recent hip surgery, they sent one out for free.
