The Saatva Mattress ordering process is fantastic! Ordering was extremely easy, the mattress was built and delivered earlier than projected and the bed is extremely comfortable. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I could not be happier with the product and the company!!
I was very pleased with their service and professionalism when I purchased my mattress four years ago. Recently I've been feeling the mattress with too firm and was afraid I would have to replace it. Joseph worked with me and is sending a mattress topper to make it a little softer. I suppose as one ages mattresses need to be made a little softer! Could not have asked for a better outcome.

I purchased the Saatva mattress in May, it was a very comfortable bed everything was as promised however I ran into an issue that I will not disclose here. I called and customer service was great and offered me a full refund. I then sent a letter to both the CEO and VP of Customer Relation certified return receipt. It has been 30 days since I ordered my mattress and it has still not been handed over to the delivery people. Saatva promises "white glove delivery" on their website within 21 days and that is a lie. At this point I have spoken to multiple customer service people who have given me nothing but attitude and the run around. Today they won't answer their phone or chat. Alan, the rep who called us back was great!! They are having no problem replacing our mattress within the warranty period! We have to wait a few weeks but that's ok. They make each bed individually.
Until today my contact was entirely through the website. But today I called the phone number and spoke with Timothy who answered all my questions fully and clearly. I now look forward to receiving my mattress and trying it out. Paul S
