Have bought four mattresses from Saatva, they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Very customer oriented. I recommend Saatva representative Barry to all my friends.
We had a odd issue with our bed and the company was 100% responsive, respectful, and intent on resolution with the needs of the consumer first and foremost. Leslie, the customer service representative, was kind and thoughtful in her quick resolution. I would not hesitate to recommend this company not only for their mattresses but also for their customer forward approach.
The mattress itself is very comfortable, but despite their insistence that the mattress does not smell, it definitely off-gassed in my bedroom, and it smelled very strong for about 2 weeks. They eventually sent a replacement, that also smelled, so we declined it. Not sure what can be done now since it off-gassed in our home already. The rubber smell bothered my husband who is sensitive to smells, to the point he couldn’t sleep on it. The mattress is great, but needs more time to off-gas at factory or elsewhere. Diligent, compassionate, patient, professional and knowledgeable handling a rare manufacturing issue with a nearly turn-around new replacement with basically 'no questions asked' regarding a flaw.
