Great customer service, professional and a beautiful product. Even when the mattress was too soft for us they offered a solution to meet our needs.
I worked with someone there to make the best choice possible for me. Unfortunately though I did not pick one that was as comfortable as I expected it would be. But today I called Saatva to get some help with this, and the one, nice lady was very helpful. She explained what my options are and we worked out a new plan. I appreciated her kind, and helpful assistance. Onward.
They have the best customer service. They are not like some companies who you have so much trouble getting in touch with and never get a response. They respond in a timely manner and they always take care of their customers.
I reached out to them on the weekend after I mistakenly washed and dried my bed's remote. I heard from them early Monday morning, missed the call, and they followed up by calling me back. I love my bed and they are very professional and responsive.
