This is my first luxury mattress. I am very happy with the quality of this mattress and I sleep without waking. I spoke with the delivery guys (private carrier) and they told me that they deliver more Saatva mattresses than any other brand. They also said they NEVER have to go retrieve Saatva's like they do other brands. I see why!! Highly recommend.

I've worked with their customer service team twice now and both times have been blown away by how personable, informative, and helpful they were. Definitely found the brand based on reviews and search criteria, but chose the brand for their customer service.

Saatva customer service has been fantastic. The first bed we received was good, but not our cup of tea, so we are waiting on the classic. We LOVE the sheets and the adjustable base. I will absolutely buy another bed from Saatva!!
