There people on the phones are both knowledgeable completely down to earth, understanding and the company calls to make sure everything is right the next day after you order the bed, right up until you receive it all along the journey your bed makes. It's reassuring to me to know they care so much about their people and their product.

Best customer service ever!! After we moved our Saatva mattress, it developed a big lump on one side. I emailed customer service, got an email back from them in 20 minutes, followed by a phone call within the hour. Spoke with Frank who thanked me (more than once) for taking his call. He confirmed my information and let me know I would be getting a new mattress in 5-12 days. Great warranty! Great customer service! Couldn’t be happier.
