Absolutely Fantastic Company!! I have already told everyone I know, about Saatva and their Customer Service!! Superb!! The bed is made to last! I was so impressed with the edge because there is No sagging there! Best Bed I ever bought!!

I ordered a Classic bed in mid-December. By early January, my personal circumstances had changed (unfortunately, I may have to move) and I needed to cancel the order. I called Saatva. Without any hassle they canceled the order. The money was credited to my Visa card in 2 days. The company has integrity. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Kevin with Saatva was nothing short of phenomenal to work with! We were shipped the wrong product, and feel Kevin went above and beyond to quickly correct the mistake. In the past I have had a hard time with companies and the warranties. Saavta totally honored the warranty and did not give me a hard time.
