Saatva has a quality product and good customer service. We knew right away that we had chosen the wrong mattress and Saatva customer service set up the exchange quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Superb customer service. They stand by their product and replace, refund or mitigate any problem immediately. We have 4 Loom and Leaf beds. One became a problem after 31/2 years. They gave us 2/3 off on a new Saatva bed. They felt a spring bed would better suit our needs.
I love my mattress and they delivery just what they advertise.
