My husband and I just purchased a Saatva mattress about three weeks ago. Instantly, I had neck, shoulder and lower back pain (this has never happened to me). I knew I had to give it some time, but woke up this morning barely able to get out of bed, so I finally decided to call. My hope was to get a different mattress (realizing if it was more, I'd pay more, of course). Received our SAATVA mattresses, frames, pads, pillows and full set of linen in June 2019. The mattress pad was not finished correctly and began fraying on one corner. On Saturday night, before Christmas, I sent an email to the company and attached a picture of the mattress pad. Within an hour I received a reply indicating they would send me a return mailing label.
