Wonderful company! There was a minor issue with our mattress that was not typically covered in the warranty. I reached out to them Saturday late night, they returned my call Sunday morning. They will exchange my mattress and base platform free of charge!!! The sales representative was fantastic, they could not have been faster and they went above and beyond with their service.
This has not just been an amazing bed but an amazing experience!! Saatva's customer service is amazing. I will only be dealing with them for all my bed needs!!
The company's customer service is absolutely exceptional. I had a glitch in my delivery and they exceeded my expectations in the process of resolution. We will use them again and recommend others to use them. - excellent communication skills - well trained agents in all aspects of the company - company software let's the customer service agents know exactly what is happening in all phases of the sale - quality of the product is phenomenal - so well crafted, you hate to cover it with sheets
