Very professional, helpful and ethical company they stands behind it’s warranty and return policy.
Saatva keeps their word. You can return or exchange or receive free a pad to help soften your bed without any pressure. I didn't even know about the extra foam pad but the very cordial and helpful telephone representative went out of his way to help me find the best solution possible for my needs. I highly recommend this company.

I believe Saatva is one of the most customer friendly companies that exist right now. I've worked in customer service all my life. I started working as a barista, and now I am a nurse. I know the meaning of customer service. We originally ordered a "Luxury Firm" mattress from Saatva, and unfortunately it was not the mattress for us.
