Fabulous customer service. Excellent product. Responded immediately to my questions and told me directly why the delivery was delayed. They also sent us a voucher for $75 for a meal or whatever we wanted to make up for the mattress arriving a few days late. Person I was dealing with was spectacular at customer relations and we also love our mattress!

Saatva is a class company with very great mattresses. I worked with Kristel on an issue and she was professional, just excellent customer service. I would recommend Saatva first before trying other online mattress companies.
