It pays to buy quality goods because if there's any issue with the product, it is dealt with, like ********** Dept Stores. Cheap goods begets poor service. Not in this case! We are extremely happy with the new bed coming and expect the same quality when it arrives. ***** ******** ********** **********

This company has great customer service. I exchanged one mattress and am going to exchange my existing mattress a second time. They have worked with me, educating me, trying to figure out what product would work best for me and have told me if nothing works, I always have the option to return the mattress. Where do you find customer service like this these days? Nowhere! Will definitely continue to do business with them and refer customers.

Saatva company supplies excellent products AND excellent customer service. Every person I’ve spoken to has been knowledgeable about their products and were able to guide me towards the mattress that would best suit my needs!! Their prices are also reasonable for the quality!!
