Saatva mattress was the best purchase I've made in years. Eric and Francis were incredibly helpful and even waived the $99 upgrade fee when I wanted to purchase the full size bed (during my trial period with the twin size). The bed is high quality and the customer service right there with it! With the millions of "bed in box" companies, Saatva is so much more refreshing (like my sleep). We haven’t received our bed but it’s early, and so far they they took care of all my concern and put my mind at ease. I will update this review after I receive our bed.
