Saatva has the best customer service! It was easy to order our mattress and the delivery team Saatva selected was fantastic! Very nice construction and materials used in their mattresses and box springs compared to others in that price range. Plus, they look beautiful if that matters to you. I had to exchange mine for a softer mattress and their customer service is top notch! You actually speak with "real" people, rather than a gazillion voice prompts that just are irritating. No hassles at all with exchanges. No balking at all, just kind professional representatives working with you to try to get you your best nights sleep!
We are on our second Loom & Leaf mattress by Saatva. Went from a queen to a king. Have now spent over four years sleeping on their mattress, and love it. I had back surgery and was told by my surgeon to sleep on either foam or air mattress. His directive was to go to the mattress store in comfortable cloths and get comfortable on the bed for at least 15 minutes. First stop was the air bed company.
