The company stands behind their product and warranty. Very cooperative and easy to deal with.
SAATVA has absolutely the best customer service of any company I have dealt with. Every contact with them over the past few years has been pleasurable, comfortable and professional. I have purchased 10 mattresses from them and every experience has been exceptional. (These were mattresses for a family lakehouse which burned down, my elderly mother, my grandson, and our own home that was flooded during Harvey. SAATVA mattresses are THAT great!)
So far this is a good company. We'll see what their like if it doesn't work out.

I love this company! They have a quality product, at a fair price, backed up by a solid warranty program, and customer service unsurpassed for professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. I recommend them to everyone.
Customer service was exemplary. We got our questions answered completely and quickly, even though it was Easter Day. It is nice to see such good old fashioned customer care. Can’t wait to get our new bed.
